Helpful employees.
Great and particularly good location really close to all the pubs, the centre of Liverpool, and the Cavern Quarter, everything perfect. Rooms - extremely spacious with cutlery, really comfy beds, as for instance.

The apartment was spacious with a nice set up and had a jaw-dropping location on a lively street. The cleanliness was super and the shower had good pressure. The staff at the nearby U-stay offices were helpful and accessible. The availability of Netflix on the flat-screen TV was mind-blowing. The kitchen with its electric kettle and cookware/ kitchen utensils was a great plus. The express check-in/-out option was convenient. And for those who enjoy golf, there was a nearby golf course. The free wi-fi was a bonus. No smoking on site.

The units were spacious and cozy, with a seating area that made me feel right at home. Having a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge was a game-changer for me as a budget traveler. The views of the city from the units were breathtaking and added an extra touch of charm. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including an electric kettle and kitchenware. The inclusion of a toaster, stovetop, and dishwasher in the apartment was a pleasant surprise. The private entrance gave me a sense of privacy and freedom during my stay. Having an electric kettle in the apartment was convenient for making tea or coffee. The washing machine in the apartment was a lifesaver for someone constantly on the go. Each unit had a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Personally, I found the lack of a private bathroom in the units to be slightly inconvenient.

Great location in the heart of the action, perfect for those who want to be close to the pubs and clubs. Spacious and well-designed apartment with good facilities, including Netflix on the TV.- Ideal for a group of friends looking for a basecamp and pre-drinking before hitting the town.
Noise can be a problem, especially on weekends when the music from nearby venues can shake the apartment till the early hours of the morning. Earplugs and a sleeping mask are recommended.

The apartment facilities were very good, with a well-equipped kitchen and clean amenities. the location was also great, with local u-stay offices nearby for easy access to staff assistance. Enjoyed the hot and good pressure shower.
We did not feel safe staying at this property due to its lack of proper fire escape routes. With only one entrance door and a staircase up four flights, we had concerns about our safety in case of a fire.
